Industrious has inked a deal to add three new D.C.-area locations this year as part of what it hopes will be a post-Covid-19 rebound as people slowly return to work.

The coworking space provider is working with D.C.’s Carr Properties to open locations at a trio of the latter’s newer office spaces this year, joining yet another 41,399-square-foot location announced for this year at Northwest D.C.’s City Ridge development, where Roadside Development and North America Sekisui House are remaking the former Fannie Mae headquarters.
